  • Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.


Shipping Times

Because we operate using a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided for most orders.

  • Some suppliers may take 3–7 days to update tracking status.

  • If your tracking information is not showing updates, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and update progress.


 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
